2. Processing of Personal Data
Using the Website and its services, as well as submitting data through contact forms (including LinkedIn Lead Ads forms), involves the processing of Users' Personal Data by the Controller. Personal Data is processed to a defined extent and for specific purposes, in accordance with applicable GDPR provisions. The provision of Personal Data by the User is entirely voluntary; however, certain Personal Data is required for the Controller to provide its services.
3. Purposes and Scope of Personal Data Processing
Purpose: Responding to enquiries, presenting commercial offers, direct marketing of own services.
Scope of data: First name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any other data voluntarily provided in the enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the data subject) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller, namely direct marketing of own services).
Purpose: When a User browses the Website, data is collected automatically. This includes: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, traffic sources and mediums, on-site behaviour, geographic data, and demographic data. This data may be collected via cookies, Google Analytics / Universal Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), Facebook Analytics (provided by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland), and Hotjar (provided by Hotjar Limited, Level 2, St Julian's Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian's STJ 1000, Malta).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller).
Purpose: Where a contract is concluded with the Controller, Personal Data is processed for the purpose of performing that contract.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(c), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Purpose: Personal Data is processed to the extent necessary to fulfil the Controller's obligations under applicable law, including but not limited to obligations arising from tax and accounting legislation.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Purpose: The Controller processes Personal Data where there is a legitimate need to pursue or defend against legal claims by the Controller or a third party.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Purpose: The Controller sends current information about offers and promotions to persons who have provided their email address for this purpose. Sending such communications is conditional on the User's prior consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a withdrawal of consent to the processing of data for the purpose of receiving the newsletter.

4. Rights of Data Subjects
Under applicable GDPR provisions, the data subject has the right to:
- withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data,
- request access to their Personal Data,
- request rectification of their Personal Data,
- request erasure of their Personal Data,
- request restriction of processing of their Personal Data,
- object to the processing of their Personal Data,
- request portability of their Personal Data.
5. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If a User considers that the processing of their Personal Data infringes GDPR provisions, they have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
In Poland, the supervisory authority within the meaning of the GDPR is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO). Users located in other EU/EEA countries may contact their national data protection authority.
6. Cookies
The Controller uses cookies primarily for:
- maintaining the User's session on the Website,
- analysing User activity in order to improve the intuitiveness of the interface, adapt the appearance and tools of the Website to User needs, better organise the content of the Website, and improve understanding of how the Website functions,
- ensuring the correct functioning of the Website,
- maintaining the highest security standards for Users,
- conducting analyses, research and producing statistics.
7. Retention Period
Personal Data is processed until consent is withdrawn or a valid objection to processing is lodged, and — where a contract has been concluded — for the duration of the contract and for the period necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
8. Recipients of Personal Data
Processed Personal Data may be disclosed to external entities and third parties, including in particular providers responsible for IT system operations, as well as entities providing accounting, legal and marketing services.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Controller reserves the right to amend these provisions, security measures and Personal Data protection practices where required due to technical developments, changes in applicable law, or changes to the content, format and structure of the Website. In such cases the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Please check the current version regularly.
