Every day I watched different activities fail to deliver the results they were supposed to. Boards and clients wondered why their businesses — even with planned activity in place — were generating results far below agreed KPIs, while revenue still wasn't growing.

And I thought: there has to be a better way. Everything depends on improving — in the right order — the elements most likely to produce the best results in the shortest time.

But that requires analysis and an approach grounded in data, competitive activity and consumer insights — not another marketing agency with a conflict of interest, not AI churning out content, and not a report that looks impressive but changes nothing.
